[Voyage-announce] Announcing wiki.voyage.hk

I am pleased to announce wiki.voyage.hk.  This wiki allows users to 
contribute and share valuable information for using voyage linux.  
Eventually all important information discussed in the mailing list would 
go to the wiki. 

At this moment, I did not enable access control of the wiki.  So, 
everybody can contribute.  ACL will be enabled if abuse and spam has 
been detected.

At last, thanks to Mike O'Connor for sponsoring a debian virtual server 
at no cost for hosting wiki.voyage.hk.  In the near future, this host 
will eventually become mailing list outbound server, and will provide 
mirror apt repository and software download for voyage linux.
