[Voyage-linux] VLANs on Soekris

Has anyone sucessfully done VLANs on a Soekris net4501 using Voyage? 
I've got VLANs running and passing traffic, but whenever I start to
put anything over a vlan, I get tons of error messages output to the
screen that say "Bad scheduling while atomic".  From what it looks
like and from my Google searches, it looks like an issue with the
natsemi driver.  I've seen a number of patches out there, but nothing
for kernel version 2.6.8.  Has anyone seen one?  Any links?  Thanks.
