Yes, it is. National had a really strange idea regarding how to store
temperatures in the LM77 registers, and the conversion routines are
wrong. 

Please let me know if the attached patch works for you. It's for lm77.c
from 2.6.14.3, but the patch should apply cleanly against sooner or
later versions as well, I think. I tested it locally and it worked for
me.
