the 2 lines from my dmesg:
sc520_wdt: WDT driver for SC520 initialised. timeout=30 sec (nowayout=0)
sc520_wdt: Watchdog timer is now enabled.
mmmh. do you know, on which bus the watchdog operates? it isnt a pci
device i think...
