[Voyage-linux] upgrading to new version of voyage linux

What is the simplest way to upgrade to the newest
version of voyage linux?  Does one modify the
/etc/apt/sources.lst file and do a apt-get
dist-upgrade?   If so, what would be the specifics?  I
am not very familiar with Debian.  Any help would be
greatly appreciated!
