[Voyage-linux] WRAP power supply

Attached is a copy of an email I received from Pascal Dornier regarding 
improving the power supply circuit for the WRAP boards to cope with the 
higher powered cards that are  now available.

"See attached prelim ECN for the changes. You can try just changing the 
resistor as a start.
