When it is rebooting in WRAP, the first thing to check is the PSU, and IMO you should try a 
different PSU.  Typically, 12VDC 1.25A should be stable enough.  Moreover, you need more power if 
you plug two mini-pci cards.

If the problem still exist, try another distro to see if it happens again, m0n0wall 
(http://www.m0n0.ch/wall/) is good to start with.

Moreover, may I know you WRAP revsion no? 1C, 1D or 1E?
