[Voyage-linux] Mailing list weirdness

Why is this mailing list set up so that replies are off list? Should I
not post replies to the list and rather to the individual only? Also I
get duplicated posts when I post to the list is it just me or does
everybody.

Sorry to be such a bother but it would be nice to have this stuff
archived for other people and so we don't keep seeing the same questions
over and over.
