[Voyage-linux] script that load firmware ( for Prism3 based cards and other)

Hi All :)
I think it will be good to add hostap_fw_load script to Voyage for people
with for example Prism3 SSF cards ( short serial flash, for ex. D-Link 520
rev E1, firmwares (pri/sec) must be loaded before initializing wlan
interfaces.).
