All,

Thanks to those of you contributing to the voyage project. We would
like to add our engineering group to the process.

Our company, NomadISP, is the largest US provider of Remote HotSpot
services to recreation areas, including RV Parks, Campgrounds, and
marinas.

We currently use Soekris 45XX boards and a custom 2.4.25 kernel. Our
software products include some very innovative mechanisms for leveraging
the hostap drivers and sophisiticated watchdogs for optimal uptime. We
would like to port these to the voyage project.

We are looking for some info on processes for the following:

1)	Building in new packages with apt-get. When running on a WRAP, the
file system is RO which we wonder how apt adds the packages.
2)	Building a new image from a build machine for writing to a flash. We
have the build scripts, and have worked with them a bit (voyage-update)
and CVS scripts but are seeking any additional notes that may exist. Do
you mount a loopback fs on a build machine and then chroot to it for
building the image?
3)	Our goal is to get to a point where we have a light http server, php,
vtund, tinydns, dnscache. When we get this, we will produce a 128Mb
image for others to use.

Thanks, and great work!
