[Voyage-linux] Output power troubles

The antenna connectors are not identical.  Use the inside connector for
non-diversity antenna systems.  If you are on the other one, you are
probably not getting any signal transmit.

Also, there are versions of the MP2511MP that are 100mw.  We ended up
with a few in a batch of 50 that we purchased.  no outside difference,
so they were only discovered after testing.
