[Voyage-linux] Output power troubles

I have been researching this some as well. I never found anything that
says the power won't stay where you put it. So I am interested in this as
well.
Also for information purposes the pigtail was what was causing my original
problem it is a 200mw card for sure and the while the pigtail was being
installed the pin was bent and partially broken causing poor performace.
So this bring up and interesting question. If you don't know what numbers
do what with the power of the card how can you be sure of the output power
you are using? I would like my systems to stay as legal as possible so I
don't want a bunch of overpowered devices spewing RF all over place. So is
expermentation with the exact card you are planning on using the only way?
That is dumb I wish there was a better way.
