[Voyage-linux] WRAP.1E failure: 3 flashing LEDs...

Last night I tried to execute a program from the command line on a
WRAP.1E running the latest kernel
(kernel-image-2.6.14-486-voyage_2.0-6_i386.deb) and the system froze,
with all three LEDs flashing on the front of the WRAP board flashing.
Anyone come across anything like this, or knows what is the failure mode
the LEDs were trying to indicate?
The program that froze was sending to a USB device when the error
occurred -- I have the single USB port kit installed. I'm also running
the latest bios v1.10.
This has only happened once so far. Any advice appreciated.
