[Voyage-linux] nvi instead of elvis-tiny

Hi all,

If more people like nvi than I will replace elvis-tiny with nvi in the
next release (but when? ;-) ).  Of course, I would like to know the
reason why they love nvi so that I can make the judgement.  My
intention to include elvis-tiny for voyage just because of its tiny
space...
