[Voyage-linux] dnsmasq DHCP freezing WRAP boards

Thanks, Edwin.  Please keep monitor the situation.

Since you used WRAP, did you use wd1100 modules and enable watchdog?  I 
would like to know if this is kernel problem.  If this is a hard 
lock-up, WRAP will automatically reboot.
