Yes have used madwifi-ng but the version has some problems.
1. if in master mode the clients are not listed i.e.
iwlist ath0 peers
does nothing. Teh other problems I have already forgotten ...
2. I was not able to compile hostapd 0.4.5 with WE18 and kernel 2.4.12
I wrote already to Jouni
hostapd/wpa_supplicant 0.4.4 compiles but It doesn not work for me.
The wpa_supplicant "hangs" after scanning ...
Will post here if I know anything new (hope I don't forgett it ...)
