[Voyage-linux] DHCP read only file system

to add the following lines in /etc/dnsmasq.conf:
dhcp-range=wlan0,10.1.10.10,10.1.10.250,24h
dhcp-range=eth1,10.1.20.10,10.1.20.250,24h
dhcp-range=eth2,10.1.30.10,10.1.30.250,24h
dhcp-leasefile=/var/tmp/dnsmasq.leases
