NoCatSplash - maybe its time to study something about it :-)
 - if you need only redirecting - i propose to use thttpd and simple
    firewall rule with DNAT redirecting to localhost:port

thttpd & php - try

remountrw
apt-get update
apt-get install thttpd
apt-get install thttpd-util    (or thttpd-utils - dont remember exactly)

i didnt tryied yet php - but should work with "apt-get install php" command
