Hi Greg

You will need to use a program called 'lsof' and work thought the list 
of open files and work out which program is opening a file read/write on 
the flash drive.

The other option is to stop each service one at a time and try to mount ro.

Once you have worked out which program and file is causing the problem 
you will then need to mv this file to the ro directory and copy it to 
the rw. Then link the file back to the original location.
