[Voyage-linux] error in madwifi-tools

Hi !

I have an Ubiquiti Networks SuperRange2 802.11b/g 400mW High Power Atheros
Wireless mini-pci card. I was able to set the Tx Power to 400wW width the
old madwifi but with the new madwifi-tools I was unable to set the tx power above 15-20dbm.
I tired the following  but nothing changed:
You can see that the Tx-Power hasn't gone above 15dBm however my card can give 27dBm.
