[Voyage-linux] Does watchdog work on soekris

Hi Chad,

The watchdog driver for net45xx should be sc520_wdt.  But you will need 
to figure out how to make it work.  Since I don't use Soekris regularly, 
I am not able to test for you.  If you have any findings, please let me 
know and update the wiki.  Thank you.
