[Voyage-linux] 5.x Ghz link dropping

I have been stress testing a 5 Ghz link using the CM9 cards. I have
voyage pre2 installed so no wlan-ng. The problem is the customer testing
the link for us has been calling and complaining of poor performace.
After doing a little troubleshooting I found that it is dropping
packets. For example If I ping it 100 times 60 pings will go through no
problem and then it will drop 4-20 pings in a row then continue on just
fine.

I am at a loss as to how to go about troubleshooting this. Should an
upgrade fix this? What would be the best way to upgrade it remotely
(apt-get dist upgrade?), I can't get up on the customers roof for a
while longer until the snow melts.
