[Voyage-linux] Keeping ethernet locked at set speed

Hi Andrew,

How about adding it to /etc/network/interfaces?

auto eth0
iface eth0 inet dhcp
    pre-up mii-tool --force 10baseT-HD eth0

But I don't know if "up" or "pre-up" could make any difference.
