Are both PCMCIA and miniPCI a hard requirement ?
Maybe you could find a miniPCI equivalent of your PCMCIA card, and then
you could use a dual-miniPCI board (much easier to find...)
However, If you insist on having MiniPCI + PCMCIA + USB,
You could try a Soekris 4801 (http://www.soekris.com/net4801.htm) which
has a USB, miniPCI and a regular PCI slots, and combine it with a
PCI-to-PCMCIA conveter (http://www.pci-to-pcmcia.com/index.php).
Or you might want to look for a bit larger SBC here:
http://www.mini-itx.com/ (search for Nano-ITX for really small boards).
A more expensive solution is to design your own board, PC-Engines
(makers of "WRAP" board) are offering custom board designs:
