[Voyage-linux] traffic monitor

Hi all,

Solomon demonstrates a good example of contribution.  I encourage users 
of voyage linux to contribute pro-actively.  At the end, all the users 
can get the more value from using it.

Any patches, instructions, doc (or wiki), scripts are welcome.  Although 
voyage kernel for 0.3 is almost frozen, I would still accept some useful 
and handy enhancement before 0.3 is released.
