Hi all,

This is the yet another intermediate kernel work based on feature
request. This is for preparation of 2.0pre4. The kernel and other
modules are temporary available at:
    http://alpha.voyage.hk/contrib/punkytse/test-kernel/

kernel image:

http://alpha.voyage.hk/contrib/punkytse/test-kernel/kernel-image-2.6.15-486-voyage_2.0-9_i386.deb

madwifi-ng modules:

http://alpha.voyage.hk/contrib/punkytse/test-kernel/madwifi-ng-modules-2.6.15-486-voyage_0.9.0+svn1451-1+2.0-9_i386.deb

feature added:
    - Debian linux source 2.6.15-6
    - PXE booting with CRAMFS (*|CONFIG_BLK_DEV_RAM,
|**|CONFIG_BLK_DEV_INITRD and |**|CONFIG_CRAMFS)
|* - i2c-nscacb support for Routerboard (just ported, not tested - if
you have routerboard, please help test it!)
    - prism54 WDS support (using svn version instead of kernel)

Note:
    - Current madwifi-ng driver in ad-hoc mode is unstable . I have
issued a ticket http://madwifi.org/ticket/377.
    - 0.2pre4 will probably use this kernel. If you have last minute
addition, please update feature request page at
http://wiki.voyage.hk/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=feature_request
    - For now, cipe is not considered, as it requires considerable time
for patching work. It may be re-visited in the future.

Status update:
    - 0.2pre4 will focus on package development more than kernel part.
You can see I start building and porting packages to
http://www.voyage.hk/dists/unstable/. New packages are olsrd 0.4.10,
parprouted 0.63, hostapd 5.0, wpasupplicant 0.4.7, wavemon 4.0b.
    - I hope 0.2pre4 will be the last pre-release, but I want to wait a
bit more time for madwifi-ng ad-hoc mode to stabilize.
    - voyage-mesh. For now, I tend to make voyage-mesh a big all-in-1
distro based on smaller voyage. If you have more features to add,
please update feature request page. I currently release voyage-mesh
irregularly in http://www.voyage.hk/download/voyage-custom/. In
addition, the name "mesh" may become inappropriate as it grows,
suggestion on the new name are welcome.
    - I plan to migrate voyage from sarge to etch (next debian release)
platform in the middle of the year as etch will be released at around
year-end. Some debain packages in sarge have been outdated and it
requires to backport the package with considerable efforts. Update
voyage to etch is an easier way to make use of the latest and updated
packages from debian.

Again, patches, ideas, and constructive suggestions are always welcome.
