Steffen,
I recalled that WRAP board has issues in supporting high power cards.
Moreover, Greg has also post about the WRAP board change note in last
July, see archive:

Glad to know that PCEngines finally has this power problem solved.
In short, you will need WRAP board with more capacitors to support dual
high power cards.
