Hi Solomon,

You will need the kernel modules as well.  If you are using 0.2, you 
will need:

http://www.voyage.hk/dists/0.2/ndiswrapper/ndiswrapper-modules-2.6.15-486-voyage_1.8-1+2.0-10_i386.deb

Please make sure the version + revision match the voyage kernel you are 
using. 

What hardware you need to run with ndiswrapper?
