[Voyage-linux] The Road to 0.3

It seems that the unstable area has moved forward on July 17th or so,
but I am not sure if it is etch yet, and is also seems that
voyage-current.tar.gz is still sarge. Punky, are you still looking for
more discussion on this, or is an etch-if-ied voyage unstable and
voyage-current.tar.gz the next step in the roadmap?
