[Voyage-linux] Building of Madwifi and Hostap drivers

Hi Pablo,

Voyage 0.2 development has been stopped. All development work goes to 0.3.

Unfortunately, I am in the middle in preparing an etch version of
voyage. Before etch-based voyage comes out, I may still build a
sarge-based voyage in form of voyage-current.tar.gz.

No need to use 0.4.9. Jouni said in the hostap list that you should use
the one in the latest official kernel. The 0.4.9 version is for old
kernels.

To compile a madwifi as module package, install

http://www.voyage.hk/dists/unstable/madwifi/madwifi-ng-source_0.svnr1611.20060527-1_all.deb
The source tar ball will be in /usr/src. Uncompress it and the source
code will be in /usr/src/modules/madwifi-ng. Go to voyage kernel
directory, use make-kpkg with "module_image" flag to build.
