Robbie,
Get the netinst CD image from:
http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/3.1_r2/i386/iso-cd/debian-31r2-i386-netinst.iso
If you build the debian kernel package, you can run dpkg -i
<kernel_package.deb>. Make sure lilo points to correct kernel installed.
I don't understand why you so insist to 2.6.11. (I think you have some
proprietary driver only work on 2.6.11?) If you want to stick to
fedore 4's kernel, get their kernel source and apply voyage's patch.
Build you own kernel, and copy the kernel image and modules to wrap.
Make adjustment to lilo.conf and re-run lilo.
Forget to tell you that kernel config is in
http://www.voyage.hk/download/kernel_config/. Pick the latest 2.6.11 one.
Regards,
Punky
