Hi Michael,

I noted Jim Cromie's patch already, and will include in the next kernel 
release.

Unfortunately, I am not very interested in GPIO.  I won't be testing 
it.  But I think some other people working on it. (Solomon and Bill?)  
But they are on WRAP platform.
