Dusan,
Please dump your iwconfig ath0 and look at link quality stats. I have
experienced that the first few transfer you cannot get all the speed,
but after that you got full speed. Most of the case if you see 0 link
quality then it is not in full speed. When it is in full speed, I can
see the link quality going up to 50-80 range. Sometimes, I need to run
wireless-tools command like "iwlist ath0 scan" to make the tricks. (I
don't know why, I could be wrong).
If you want the latest kernel driver, you will need to upgrade a new and
unannounced 2.0-10 kernel as well:
