[Voyage-linux] Reported RSSI different on AP vs client/throughput problem

we've seen cable problems act this way.  so you might be suspicious of
your pigtail and cable to the antenna.   and one lightning arrestor
had a similar action, although it was triggered by condensation in early
morning and repaired itself when the sun came around at the right angle
to warm it up.
