[Voyage-linux] Building the new linux-source-2.6.17-voyage_3.0-1

As the apt repository named, it is experimental kernel and I am not
going to release the kernel-config as the content of the kernel label
voyage_3.0-1 will keep changing,  The interim solution to get the
kernel config is to extract the config from the corresponding kernel
deb image, or inside the distro tarball, at /boot/config*.

The kernel will be freezed and promoted to testing repository once a
release (e.g. -pre1) is annouced.
