[Voyage-linux] Voyage WRAP inexplicable rebooting

We experianced the same thing on a backhaul and an access point. We ended
up just replacing both. My theroy is that it came down to a static build
up in the enclosure itself. We were using plasic enclosures with platic
stand-offs and only grounding the antenna itself. We have since moved to
a metal enclosure that the wrap is fully grounded in. We have not had
problems since like that since. Incidently we put the two wraps that were
rebooting back in service and they both did well for a week until a power
issue destroyed them both.
So that is my theroy, it was not well tested so YMMV.
