[Voyage-linux] Random rebooting of WRAP boards

All,

This is to report back that Michael Renzmann's suggestion to de-clock 
the boards to 233MHz did indeed cure the rebooting problem.  So far no 
reboots nor any problems from the slower clock speed wrt to 
performance.  It will be nice when the root cause is discovered/fixed 
but for now it's a far less important issue as long as the the customers 
are happy.
