[Voyage-linux] Sequence of wifi device discovery

I'm sure this has been discussed before but I have been unable to find 
it searching this list or Google...

I'm running Voyage 0.3 (fully upgraded) on a WRAP.  Two radios, one 
NL2611 using hostap and setup as an AP for .11b clients.  The other is a 
an Atheros radio (same problem with both CM9 or SR5).

Seems that the assignment of wifi0/wifi1 to the respective radios is not 
consistent across reboots, either soft or hard.  Sometimes the wlan0 
gets wifi0 and at other times the atheros card will be assigned wifi0.  
Obviously, this causes configuration failure since the interfaces file 
explicitly assigns the ath0 to a specific wifi device.

Is there a way to deterministically set the device assignment?
