It doesn't seem very likely that your problem is related to the "missing"
interfaces.  Try deleting the two files in /etc/udev/rules.d
    z25_persistent-net.rules
    z45_persistent-net-generator.rules
and reboot the WRAP board.  If the problem persists, we should start a
new mail thread to discuss what it might be, and how to debug it (for
example, use ssh to login to the WRAP, and run "tail -f /var/log/syslog"
until it fails).
