[Voyage-linux] OLSR - Dynamic Gateway

I moved from using a customized meshnode (http://www.meshnode.org) install
on my WRAP boards to the latest stable (0.3.1).  The one lingering issue
I've had is the OLSR Dynamic Gateway plugin doesn't seem to work.  The
version of olsr and plugins are the same as the meshnode setup, the httpinfo
and other plugins work, just not the dynamic gateway.  It loads, everything
seems fine, but it doesn't add in any routes and I don't see it attempt to
ping when running in debugging mode.

On a side note I noticed olsr 0.5.0 was released earlier this month.  I
didn't see any updated debs, so I made my own.  The standard dynamic gateway
plug-in still doesn't appear to work for me, but the plain one does.

Has anyone else come across this issue and know why the standard dynamic
gateway isn't working?  I have a couple ideas of what might be happening but
haven't had time to test out them yet.  Just thought someone else might be
able to save me some time.
