Check out the routerboard 112. It has board memory and flash for $99. My
research and development budget ran out for this quater otherwise I would
get one and see what can be done with it. Anyway here is a link:

Has anybody used these? Do they work? The cheapest I can build a wrap is
$127 not including a radio or enclosure. And that is in quantiy 10.
I will be interested to hear of others if there are any.
