[Voyage-linux] Make DNS all resolve to localhost

Well I am trying to use nocat splash but it fails on me when I first get
on to go to someplace it says DNS can't be found. This box is not
connected to the internet so it does not have any way to get DNS. Unless I
have set something up wrong on no cat.
