[Voyage-linux] Live CD and PXE install for Voyage Linux

Hi all,

The first development milestone has been completed to make Live CD 
installable to harddisk and to enable as a PXE boot server.   Here are 
the instructions in Readme.

I hope the next milestone will include automated install script for PXE 
(option 2-4).

Of course, we prefer to use one of our mirror as the Internet traffic is 
very unstable at the moment (because of Taiwan earthquake).  In 
addition, we need your help to test the Live CD to verify it is able to 
install to CF via a USB card reader.  Only the Live CD installation part 
is tested on VMWare disk device (/dev/hda), and yet to run on a real 
PC/notebook.

Still waiting for etch release...
