[Voyage-linux] us.voyage.hk FTP server problems

Apparently, as a side-effect of a system software update, FTP access to
us.voyage.hk started to fail in late December.  I only became aware of
that today (when I tried to use it to download the latest Voyage :-).

It should now be OK once again - if any problems are encountered, either
contact me directly or send a post to the mailing list.
