[Voyage-linux] Ubiquity 600mw cards

Aloha Edwin,

I have two links up, using these xr cards and other links with sr. 
Without proper test equipment, I can't provide measurements, but I can 
say that the links were marginal or non working with other cards.

I have two xr cards in one wrap box serving a 6 mile link and a 26 mile 
link.  Been up solid for about two weeks now.

Thanks to all who have made voyage wonderful.
