[Voyage-linux] Soekris net5501 and voyage 0.4.0

I don't have net5501 so I can't test it.  Same as ALIX, I believe the 
following modules are not needed for net5501:

lm77
wd1100 sysctl_wd_graceful=0 sysctl_wd_timeout=30

Watchdog driver are still missing for ALIX and net5501.  I have been 
told that CS5536 driver is able to program as watchdog timer, and I also 
have the kernel codes for "multi-function general purpose timer", but 
there is still a long way to program the timer API for watchdog purpose.
