Hi Jan,

See last few paragraphs the /README.live-cd in the live cd, you will get 
some hints to run the image with squashfs+unionfs.  With this, you can 
still modify the image after bootup, but all the modification will be 
lost after the reboot.

64MB is still too small for voyage 0.3+.
