i would try:
wget http://www.voyage.hk/dists/experimental/linux/linux-image-2.6.20-486-voyage_4.0-2_i386.deb
and then 
dpkg -i linux-image-2.6.20-486-voyage_4.0-2_i386.deb

dpkg might complain about a installed kernel with the same name or
something, just follow the suggestions
