[Voyage-linux] resolv.conf in customization framework

Hi,

I've put a resolv.conf file in overlay_fs/etc.

However in the final customized version of voyage my resolv.conf file is not
available. Instead there is the resolv.conf of the computer that I've used for the
building process.

Is this abug or I'm missing something.
