[Voyage-linux] Moving forward and preparing 0.3 release

Punky,

Downloaded voyage-current this morning (8:15 EDT) from the AT mirror and 
used the manual customization method to setup (cp -r ro/*,  mount proc, 
etc.)

While inside the chroot I installed apt-utils and localepurge first 
thing after apt-get update.  Chose "en" and "en_US" as locales and then 
did an apt-get upgrade .
